Exercise is my medicine. It’s my confidence booster. It’s my therapy. It’s my strength. It’s my anti-anxiety. It’s my healthy body. It’s my stress reliever. It’s my “me” time. It’s one of the biggest factors behind me getting up and giving my best every day.

My name is Andrea. I’ve always had a passion for exercise, helping others and mental health. My whole life I have been an athlete. I graduated Washington State University with a degree in Psychology and a certificate in Helping Skills. For almost 15 years I worked in the corporate world in Customer Service Management, but it wasn’t my passion. In 2020 I got out of my comfort zone and took a chance by starting my Personal Training Journey. Personal Training is a perfect fit for me as I get to combine my passions with exercise, mental health and helping others while using all of my leadership skills I have acquired over the years.

I had my son, Ford, in 2016 and my daughter, McKinley in 2018. My family is my priority. One of the best things about this job is that it gives me more time with my kids. I take pride in showing them a positive example of a healthy lifestyle. Ford and McKinley love to “workout” with Mom.
